ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the course are required to hold a two year Diploma, or its equivalent, recognized by the IHAC - Senate of the University with computing as one of its subjects. In addition, students with a non-computing degree who have completed a Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent are eligible to apply. (Graduates with less computing than required are recommended to apply for the Higher Diploma in Information Technology)
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Higher Diploma in Computer Science is a graduate course intended for graduates whose primary degree included 3-year’s study of Computing. On completion of the course participants would be expected to reach a level of competence equivalent to that of a three year BSc graduate in Computer Science.
